Zamaz ("biz", "uygulama"), kullanıcılarının gizliliğine saygı gösterir. Bu Gizlilik Politikası, hangi
verileri topladığımızı, nasıl kullandığımızı ve haklarınızı açıklar.
2. Topladığımız Veriler
Zamaz hesabınızı oluşturduğunuzda ve uygulamayı kullandığınızda aşağıdaki bilgileri toplayabiliriz:
- Hesap Bilgileri: Ad-soyad, kullanıcı adı, e-posta adresi, telefon numarası (isteğe
bağlı), doğum tarihi (isteğe bağlı), şehir ve ülke.
- Profil Fotoğrafı: Profilinize yüklediğiniz fotoğraf.
- Konum Verileri: Etkinlik oluşturma ve yakınlık tespiti için konum bilgisi (yalnızca
izin verdiğinizde).
- Etkinlik Bilgileri: Oluşturduğunuz veya katıldığınız etkinliklerin detayları
(başlık, tarih, saat, konum).
- Mesajlar: Uygulama içi mesajlarınız.
- Cihaz Bilgileri: Push bildirim token'ı.
3. Verilerin Kullanımı
Topladığımız verileri şu amaçlarla kullanırız:
- Hesabınızı oluşturmak ve yönetmek
- Etkinlik eşleşme ve yakınlık tespiti sağlamak
- Uygulama içi mesajlaşma hizmeti sunmak
- Push bildirimler göndermek
- Şifre sıfırlama ve hesap doğrulama e-postaları göndermek
- Uygulamayı güvenli tutmak ve kötüye kullanımı önlemek
4. Veri Paylaşımı
Kişisel verilerinizi üçüncü taraflarla satmayız. Verileriniz yalnızca şu hizmet
sağlayıcılarla paylaşılabilir:
- Supabase: Veri tabanı ve dosya depolama
- Firebase: Push bildirim hizmeti
- SendGrid: E-posta gönderim hizmeti
5. Veri Güvenliği
Verilerinizi korumak için aşağıdaki önlemleri alırız:
- Tüm iletişim SSL/TLS ile şifrelenir
- Şifreler bcrypt ile hash'lenir
- API erişimi JWT token ile korunur
- Hız sınırlandırma (Rate Limiting) uygulanır
6. Kullanıcı Hakları
Aşağıdaki haklara sahipsiniz:
- Verilerinize erişim talep etme
- Verilerinizin düzeltilmesini isteme
- Hesabınızı silme
- Konum izinlerini istediğiniz zaman cihaz ayarlarından kapatma
7. Çocukların Gizliliği
Zamaz, 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir. 13 yaşından küçük olduğunu bildiğimiz
kullanıcıların verilerini bilerek toplamayız.
8. Değişiklikler
Bu gizlilik politikasını zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişikliklerde uygulama içi bildirim ile
bilgilendirme yapılacaktır.

When you create a Zamaz account and use the application, we may collect the following information:
- Account Information: Full name, username, email address, phone number (optional),
date of birth (optional), city and country.
- Profile Photo: Photos you upload to your profile.
- Location Data: Location information for event creation and proximity detection
(only when you grant permission).
- Event Information: Details of events you create or attend (title, date, time,
location).
- Messages: Your in-app messages.
- Device Information: Push notification token.
3. How We Use Data
We use the collected data for the following purposes:
- Creating and managing your account
- Providing event matching and proximity detection
- Offering in-app messaging services
- Sending push notifications
- Sending password reset and account verification emails
- Keeping the application secure and preventing misuse
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data may only be shared with
the following service providers:
- Supabase: Database and file storage
- Firebase: Push notification service
- SendGrid: Email delivery service
5. Data Security
We take the following measures to protect your data:
- All communication is encrypted with SSL/TLS
- Passwords are hashed with bcrypt
- API access is protected with JWT tokens
- Rate limiting is applied
6. Your Rights
You have the following rights:

- Revoke location permissions at any time from device settings
7. Children's Privacy
Zamaz is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from users
known to be under 13.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through
in-app notifications.
